  The store is very beautiful but the customer service is terrible. Just finding someone to answer a couple of quick questions has nearly impossible! I made an appointment and came back on A different day. The woman who "helped" me gave me inaccurate quotes and ended up ordering the wrong thing. All the people who work there just order everything through the website, which you could do yourself from home except the website is really unclear. For example, the curtain rod sizes are listed as large and small, but it doesn't tell you the diameter. The whole thing is a mess and I'm really frustrated. Just waiting for the store to open so I can have yet another phone call to try to get my order sorted out. SO FRUSTRATING!!!
